Everything we hoped for from the descriptions of the hotel.

Great location, very friendly staff, elegant rooms, good food. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was rather disrupted by the preparations for the Independence Day celebrations. But this was not the hotel's fault!

Lot of things key water are too old are rusty tv need to wait some minutes for watch , door of the closet not close , wood floor need to repair make a lot of noise,,very poor the breakfast buffet,don't have iron , dont have iron table, don't have extractor fan in the bathroom , don't have mirror for womens

well maintained classic european hotel

high celling and antique room like old european palace

need improvement the staff’s communication. since there was no stopper cork of bathtub, I asked it by phone and visited reception 3 or times. staffs just responded ‘send someone to bring it’ but no one came. we waited 3 hours

Room102 never stay there the floor every time you walk is so noise terrible also we had cucarach in bathroom to bad for the price I didn't enjoy just walking to the bathroom was horrible every time you make a step.

A romantic evening in a grand villa!

We love the lobby and the night time music. It is in my mind the most beautiful hotel in Morelia. The location is fabulous and parking is quite easy. Our suite had a lovely view and everything you could ever need. We felt at home in a grand hacienda. This property is a big Wow!

Très décevant. Very disappointing

Great location close to the Cathedral.

Very small room with no natural light. Very noisy. We could hear all what was happening in the room close to us. Slow check-in, we had to wait 45 mn. No lockers in the room. Disappointing Sunday breakfast with very few options in the buffet. Definitely this hotel does not deserve 5 stars and the price was too high for what we had.

This was a splurge hotel stay for the wife and I after doing...

This was a splurge hotel stay for the wife and I after doing some good hiking to see the butterflies. The service was great, room was very nice with a very comfortable bed. There were nice toiletries in the bathroom and extremely hot water which was very nice after a long morning of hiking in the cold. Beautiful property throughout.

The only minus was that our room was on the first floor and street facing, so it was a little noisy but not too much especially for a Saturday evening stay.

A very beautiful old hotel with beautiful furniture, and decor. Some of it shabby Chic which we really love too.

The wifi was very poor and quite frustrating! !

Disappointed did not get the room we paid you for.

Location

We did not get the room we booked with booking.com. Initially no air conditioning and no balcony. They moved us to aircondioned room with no outside window. Very disappointed as we wanted the room similar to our last visit several years ago.
