Everything we hoped for from the descriptions of the hotel.
Great location, very friendly staff, elegant rooms, good food. Would definitely stay here again.
Our stay was rather disrupted by the preparations for the Independence Day celebrations. But this was not the hotel's fault!

Lot of things key water are too old are rusty tv need to wait some minutes for watch , door of the closet not close , wood floor need to repair make a lot of noise,,very poor the breakfast buffet,don't have iron , dont have iron table, don't have extractor fan in the bathroom , don't have mirror for womens

well maintained classic european hotel
high celling and antique room like old european palace
need improvement the staff’s communication. since there was no stopper cork of bathtub, I asked it by phone and visited reception 3 or times. staffs just responded ‘send someone to bring it’ but no one came. we waited 3 hours

Location and the entrance is beautiful
Room102 never stay there the floor every time you walk is so noise terrible also we had cucarach in bathroom to bad for the price I didn't enjoy just walking to the bathroom was horrible every time you make a step.
